Policies
Please carefully review the policies before booking your service and arriving to your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse service based on these policies, and/or you may not achieve your desired results if certain policies are not followed.
Booking
Booking/cancellations:

A deposit is required for all services and will be charged upon booking or before confirming your appointment. All procedures have a deposit of $50.

If you choose to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 72 hours before your appointment date to keep your deposit. Otherwise, you must repay your deposit to reschedule. You may reschedule up to 2 times before your service is cancelled

If you arrive 20+ minutes late or do not arrive to your appointment, it will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. In some cases, you may communicate with me to rebook and repay your deposit
Refunds:

It cannot be guaranteed that you will 100% achieve your desired result even after touchups. Factors such as your face structure, underlying conditions, sensitivity to the procedure, or the amount of hair you have will inevitably affect your results. Nonetheless, I will make sure you are satisfied with your service to the best of my ability, but no refunds will be issued once your service is completed
Before Your Procedure
To minimize bleeding/irritation, please avoid:

Alcohol and caffeine

Tanning
-
Facial treatments and retinol/vitamin A products

Any procedures that make your target area (eyebrows, lips, eyes) more sensitive/damaged
To prepare and ensure you achieve the best results, it is recommended that you:

Drink plenty of water and keep your skin/lips moisturized so it better absorbs pigment

Eat a light meal to avoid lightheadedness

Call to reschedule your appointment if you experience any infections/sickness before your procedure. I will firmly refuse service if you arrive with any related active issues as your results will be affected and you will pose a contamination risk
Please be aware you are ineligible for service if you:

Are under 18 years old

Are pregnant/breastfeeding

Have diabetes, glaucoma, keloids, hemophilia/healing disorders, or any skin diseases/transmittable skin conditions/skin cancer

Have pigmentation/makeup allergies
-
Have rashes/blisters on the target area
Appointment
Pre-procedure

Pre-mapping your desired shape and selecting the pigment that suits your hair color and skin tone for the procedure will take approximately 10 minutes and is free. Consultations lasting 30+ minutes will concur a $50 consultation fee charge

Please ensure you are satisfied with the shape and color you chose before proceeding with the service. Changes to the shape and color will not be made unless you book another service

Procedure

I use topical numbing gel/cream and single-use disposables for any supplies that come into contact with your skin, and my work area and all equipment is appropriately sanitized before you arrive. There is a small lounge area in the studio where any guests can wait. Kids and pets are not allowed into the studio as they may pose a safety risk

The appointment will take around 1-3 hours based on the procedure you booked. To minimize distractions, please silence and put away your devices
After your appointment (for more details, refer to AFTERCARE page)

Make sure you have everything needed for your aftercare based on the instructions and kit provided after your procedure

Avoid swimming, sunbeds, saunas and direct sun exposure for several days

Your procedure will appear darker and more intense for a short period, then lighten during the healing process

Everyone's skin reacts differently to the procedures. You may require a touchup 4-8 weeks after the initial appointment, and some people may multiple to achieve the desired results

Touchups are not included with the initial service, please book the correct touchup service based on the date you underwent your procedure. After 18 months, you will need to book a regular service
